​We carefully prepare every order with the same attention to detail that goes into selecting each piece in our collection.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of higher order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

We hope every piece you receive feels right at home.If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, we're happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.​

Most unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Including photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
